| 1946 | HORAYA was founded as a made-to-order shop by the late Mr. Hora who was father of the present president ZAZA GROUP, Mr. Hora. |
| 1986 | Renamed to ZAZA HORAYA |
| 1986 | This same year, ZAZA HORAYA opened a large suburban menswear specialty store at Kurosaki, Yahatanishi-ku in Kitakyushu City. |
| 1990 | ZAZA HORAYA opened “Fukuoka Minami Honten” as one of the branches in Fukuoka. |
| 1991 | Headquarter office moved to Kokuraminami-ku. |
| 1995 | ZAZA HORAYA started a new “Cellular Phone Business”, as one of Diversifications. |
| 1999 | “ONSEND” division established as a new business categories. |
| 2000 | “SUPER TICKET” division established as sales shops for tickets by buying and selling. |
| 2001 | ZAZA HORAYA started an an alliance with “Men’s wear KYOEY”, and, the number of stores increased.
In this year, ZAZA HORAYA also established a new division and opened “XARIS”, buying and selling of brand accessories and goods. |
| 2005 | Sundry goods specialty stores,”FARMY HORMY”, was established. This same year, also entered into an alliance with “Menswear YAMASHITA”, which called as the longest-established store in Hokkaido, thus network in Hokkaido enlarged . |
| 2006 | Big size wear division started. |
| 2007 | ZAZA HORAYA entered into an alliance with “Men’s Wear Fukuto”, thus the network strengthened the Hokuriku market. Alliance with the Hasshin Group started to open ROAD RUNNER, jeans and casual wear specialty stores. |
| 2009 | BMO ranked at the top-in-Japan for the number of stores in large-sizemen’s wear business. |
| 2010 | First outlet shop of the Group,“OUTLET ZAZAKYUSHYU- SHIKADAIMAE-TEN” opened. |
